Advanced GI Mentorship
Dr. Altman provides small group education and mentorship on digestive health and mast cell disorders for medical students, physicians and other health professionals. The mentorship is approximately 2 hours per week for 10 weeks and includes the following topics:
5 weeks on small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
1 week on intestinal fungal overgrowth (IFO)
2 weeks on mast cell activation disorders (such as MCAS)
1 week on functional testing
1 week on cases
These small groups fill up quickly and there is currently a waitlist. I’m an ND/LAc who supports patients with mental health, PTSD and chronic pain. My primary modalities include acupuncture, counterstrain fascial release therapy and NeuroSomatic intelligence.
